The old “email-me and I’ll get back to you” method of contacting me doesn’t work for me. As you may know, all questions may be important, but some are more urgent than others. And with a two-week backlog of questions, it was hard for me to get back to those in need of a prompt answer. NO LONGER!!! Now with a new service Ingenio, I’ll be able to respond as quickly as you need. Thank goodness!
So here are your options. Choose from one of the 3 lovely choices below:
URGENT 1. If you need to talk to me immediately, you can click on this Phone button link below. A phone call will be placed In an entirely confidential manner, (I won’t know your phone number and you won’t know mine). You can then ask your pressing questions to which I’ll answer so you can have the remainder of your day stress-free.
This service (Ingenio) is fabulous and as we know, most fabulous things cost money. That being said, you will be charged (so you need a credit or debit card) $1.99 a minute.
If the phone button happens to say "busy" I’m on the line with another person. You can be a patient bunny and wait for the line to open up or send me an email with your availability to talk and we will set something up that way.
URGENT 2. Ingenio also offers an urgent email response system, for those who would rather not have to say out loud whatever ails them!
It works like this, you can email me your question and providing I’m available, I will respond within minutes. For this option, I charge 20.00 and you will received a hefty answer of 500 words (or less).
NON-URGENT (but curious) 3. For those of you without any pressing need for a quick response, feel free to contact me via the form located on the right. This will continue to be free and open to all (how very democratic). Your question will be answered within 2 weeks and may be posted on my “Questions and Answers” page, but don’t you worry, neither your name or email address will be visible. You of course will receive a personal response back from me.
