Call, write, email AASECT (American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists).
They have established educational and supervisory criteria for certifying sex counselors, therapists and educators.
AASECT has listed all the certified individuals working in the field of sexuality in your area.
You can also read through the PDF that describes what steps are required to become a certified AASECT professional. If you have questions, contact their Certification Committee.
