So, You want to be a Sexuality Educator?
Many individuals have questions about how one can become a Sexuality Educator? Inquiries like: Is it really a legitimate field of study? Can I get a degree in Human Sexuality? It can be a pretty confusing road to travel down if you don’t have some guidelines on how to break into the field. Well lucky for you, I have created this section to provide some tools to help you find your way to becoming a sexual health educator/sexuality educator.

Megan, I don’t know if you remember me… My name is Norah and I helped organize “Get Wet” with VOX at UMass last year. I spoke to you after the workshop about becoming a sexuality educator and you directed my to AASECT. I am so thankful that I got the opportunity to talk to you.
I’m just starting my second semester at Widener University in their Human Sexuality Education masters program and it’s going wonderfully. I can’t imagine a better fit! I had always wanted to be sex-therapist.htm” class=”sspg term” title=”Look up this term.”>sex therapist but had no idea where to start.
Thank you so much for talking to me about sexuality education and giving me the information I needed to pursue it. I’m sure it seemed like the most benign conversation, but it truly has shaped the course of my life.
